To prepare the rocket, just follow the instructions on the video. Once the bag is empty and rolled up into a small cylinder just place the rocket on its launching pad - a saucer; All you have to do then is to start the countdown then start the firing by lighting your motor by the upper edge. When you light the small paper cylinder, it is consumed and the volume diminishes. The flame also heats the air which dilates. These 2 things cause the pressure of the air inside the cylinder to increase and then try and escape-buy where from ? From the bottom of course lifting your little rocket in passing which is much more like a hot air balloon.
